　　据了解，2013年9月9日，中联重科股份有限公司向长沙市公安局报案称，2012年以来，新快报连续发表多篇署名为记者陈永洲的文章，捏造事实对中联重科进行诬蔑诋毁，严重损害了企业的商业信誉并造成重大损失。
