　　对被告人顾春芳以集资诈骗罪，判处死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；以合同诈骗罪，判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收财产人民币100万元；以抽逃出资罪，判处有期徒刑二年，并处罚金人民币50万元。决定执行死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。
