　　我省颁布高校学分制管理规定，学生可自选老师跨校修课

　　成绩好，可以申请不听课

　　本报济南10月22日讯(记者 李钢) 近日，省教育厅等部门印发了《山东省普通高等学校学分制管理规定》，对我省普通高校学分制管理做出了具体规定。其中规定，实行弹性修业年限，学生修满学分可以提前1年毕业；对学习成绩好、学习能力强的学生，经批准可以不跟班听课，免听课程的部分或全部内容。

　　2013年起，我省在具备条件的普通高等学校中开展学分制管理试点工作。学分是学生学习量的计算单位，每门课程学分的计算以该门课程在培养计划中安排的课时数为主要依据，1学分一般折合16-18学时。

　　规定要求，课程分为必修课和选修课两类。必修课应当逐步实现每门课程都有2名以上教师授课，学生可以自主选择上课时段和上课教师；选修课应当数量丰富，学生可以自由选择所修课程。

　　同时，鼓励区域内高校联合开设优质课程并实现师资、课程的共享与学分互认。学生可以根据校际间协议跨校修读课程，在他校修读的课程学分(成绩)由本校审核后予以承认。

　　规定还对修业年限做出了规定，以专业培养计划规定的基本修业年限为参考，实行弹性修业年限，允许学生提前或者延期毕业。

　　对有特殊原因、特殊困难的学生，经学校批准可以勤工助学。学生因生病或者创业等原因不能连续完成学业，可以实行间修制，允许其中断学习，保留学籍。

　　规定还提出，实行免修制度，学生对培养计划规定的课程已经修读过或通过自学等途径确已掌握，可以申请免修。对学习能力强的学生，经批准可不跟班听课，免听课程的部分或全部内容。学生每学期免修或免听课程一般不超过6学分。

　　实行学分制管理的高校将根据此规定制定学分制实施细则和教学管理、人事管理、学生管理、后勤管理等配套规定。该规定自2013年12月1日起施行，有效期至2018年11月30日。
