　　中新网10月24日电 据上海市人民政府网站消息，10月23日上午，在北京产权交易所挂牌的上海浦东航空实业发展公司整体产权转让项目，在自贸试验区正式签约，成为试验区挂牌以来成交的首个产权项目。

　　据悉，此次产权转让项目位于外高桥保税区美盛路，占地面积为10005平方米，地上建筑共有五栋，总建筑面积为14395.49平方米，主要用于仓储、展示、办公等。该项目转让挂牌金额为1.2亿元人民币，在挂牌期间征集到来自于上海、江苏和山东等地的多家意向受让方。上周，各意向受让方参与异地网络竞价，经过81轮次紧张报价，最终上海金煜坤实业发展有限公司以2.3亿元成交，项目溢价率达到91.67%。

　　作为自贸试验区的首批入驻企业，上海联合产权交易所已表示，将在试验区内设立离岸产权交易中心，以便更好地为境内外各类企业生产提供市场化综合服务，促进生产要素优化配置。记者了解到，上海联交所离岸产权交易中心将下设三大服务平台：跨境投资并购交易服务平台，着力为试验区内各类企业包括科技型企业、各类知识产权及技术产权等科技成果提供招商引资、项目融资、股权流转等服务；跨境金融资产交易服务平台，将着力创新探索委托债权投资、信托受益权转让、融资租赁等各类非标准化债权资产处置业务；跨境企业产权投融资服务平台，则将着力为试验区各类中小企业股权转让、产权回购、财务顾问等提供服务，为各方搭建多层次、多元化、高效率的投融资渠道。
