　　云南网讯 (记者 彭锡) 记者23日从晋宁县政府了解到，22日下午，该县公安机关在晋城镇依法传唤2名嫌疑人后，引发村民聚集，现场工作人员和途经该地的公务人员遭村民堵截，参与现场处置的警务人员被村民围攻，30余辆公务车被打砸，致26名公安民警和1名协警不同程度受伤。23日中午，被围困的人员已全部安全离村。

　　事件发生后，省委、省政府高度重视，省委书记秦光荣作出批示，要求认真细致的做好群众工作，积极化解矛盾。省委常委、昆明市委书记张田欣，省委常委、省委政法委书记孟苏铁，副省长尹建业到现场指导处置工作。

　　据介绍，10月22日13时30分，晋宁县公安局对涉嫌非法拘禁和故意伤害的2名犯罪嫌疑人依法传唤。14时45分，晋城镇广济村约200名村民聚集在该村牛广公路路口堵截、扣留过往公务车辆和公务人员，先后强行扣留11人和3辆公务车。17时30分左右，市、县派出百余名警力赴现场控制事态，被村民围攻，警方保持极大的克制。事件造成27名警务人员不同程度受伤。

　　经大量疏导劝解工作，22日晚间27名伤者已被及时送往昆明救治。其中，三名警务人员受重伤，两人经救治生命体征基本稳定，截至23日中午另外一人尚未完全脱离生命危险。据警方和卫生部门介绍，目前还未接到村民有受伤情况的报告，接下来，将开展入户核查、听取群众诉求、妥善解决相关问题等工作。

　　据了解，一度被围困在村中的民警等工作人员有20人，经过各方努力，7人于22日晚间离开村子，其余13人于23日中午13时40分许安全离开。

　　该事件发生后，省、市、县各方高度重视，迅速成立各方工作组进村入户开展工作。昆明市相关负责人表示，针对广济村村民围绕征地拆迁提出的诉求，昆明市委、市政府的态度始终是明确的，将充分尊重民意，维护人民群众合法权益，依法依规处置相关问题，化解矛盾。
