本报北京10月22日电 (记者王亦君) 最高人民检察院检察长曹建明今天在向十二届全国人大常委会第五次会议作2008年以来反贪污贿赂工作情况报告时表示，2008年1月至2013年8月，全国检察机关共立案侦查贪污贿赂犯罪案件151350件198781人，提起公诉167514人，法院判决有罪148931人，近5年受贿犯罪人数较前5年上升19.5%。
报告显示，检察机关立案侦查的案件中，群众举报48671件，占32.1%；检察机关自行发现53532件，占35.4%；纪检监察机关移送14354件，占9.5%；犯罪嫌疑人自首、其他执法司法机关移送和其他来源34793件，占23%。
报告透露，五年来立案侦查县处级以上国家工作人员13368人，其中厅局级1029人、省部级以上32人；立案侦查贪污受贿100万元、挪用公款1000万元以上案件4834件。2008至2012年查处的受贿、行贿犯罪人数比前五年分别上升了19.5%和60.4%。
