河南省委原常委、洛阳原书记陈雪枫受贿1.48亿
2017年4月27日，湖北省荆州市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了中共河南省委原常委、洛阳市委原书记陈雪枫受贿、贪污、国有公司人员滥用职权一案。荆州市人民检察院派员出庭支持公诉，被告人陈雪枫及其辩护人到庭参加诉讼。
湖北省荆州市人民检察院指控：2000年至2015年，被告人陈雪枫利用其担任永城煤电（集团）有限责任公司总经理、董事长、河南煤业化工集团有限责任公司董事长、河南省人民政府副省长等职务上的便利，为相关单位和个人在煤炭经营、工程承揽、股份认购、职务晋升等事项上谋取利益，直接或者通过特定关系人索要、非法收受相关单位和个人给予的财物，共计折合人民币1.48亿余元；2009年至2011年，陈雪枫利用其担任河南煤业化工集团有限责任公司董事长等职务上的便利，非法占有公共财物，共计折合人民币547万余元；2004年至2011年，陈雪枫在担任永城煤电（集团）有限责任公司董事长、河南煤业化工集团有限责任公司董事长期间，违反相关规定，擅自决定处置国有资产及公司收购价格，造成国有公司损失人民币2.24亿余元。提请以受贿罪、贪污罪、国有公司人员滥用职权罪追究陈雪枫的刑事责任。
庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，被告人陈雪枫及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，陈雪枫进行了最后陈述并当庭表示认罪悔罪。人大代表、政协委员、新闻记者及各界群众六十余人旁听了庭审。
庭审结束后，法庭宣布休庭，择期宣判。
