中国民航局原副局长获刑十五年：受贿2533万

　　4月27日，河南省南阳市中级人民法院公开宣判中国民用航空局原副局长周来振受贿案，对被告人周来振以受贿罪判处有期徒刑十五年，并处没收个人财产人民币200万元；扣押在案的赃款赃物，依法上缴国库。

　　经审理查明：2000年至2015年，被告人周来振利用担任财政部国有资本金基础管理司副司长、企业司副司长、中国民用航空局财务司司长、副局长等职务上的便利，或利用本人职权和地位形成的便利条件，通过其他国家工作人员职务上的行为，为相关单位或个人在企业经营、人事安排、学生入学等事项上提供帮助，直接或者通过他人索取、非法收受相关人员给予的财物共计折合人民币2533.7922万元。

　　南阳市中级人民法院认为，被告人周来振的行为已构成受贿罪，且有索贿情节，依法应从重处罚。鉴于周来振归案后能够如实供述自己罪行，主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实，认罪、悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部扣押、冻结在案，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。
