人民网北京4月27日电（邱越）今天下午，中国国防部召开例行记者会。中国国防部新闻局局长、中国国防部新闻发言人杨宇军大校表示，一个不肯正视历史又急于扩充军备的日本需要国际社会高度警惕。
记者：外媒认为，昨天中国第二艘航母下水，国内民众欢欣鼓舞。但是每当中国的邻国日本有扩军之举的时候，中方总是表示出担心和警惕，这是不是中国在搞“双重标准”？请您予以评论。
杨宇军：首先我要澄清一点，中国不是在搞双重标准。日本扩充军力，对此保持警惕的绝不只是中国一家。关于原因，我想可以用“两看”来回答。一是看历史。日本在历史上曾经发动过侵略战争，给亚太国家的人民带来了深重的灾难。二是看今天。日本当局不但没有反省历史，反而不时在历史问题上“开倒车”。比如，今年4月21日，日本首相安倍晋三再次向靖国神社供奉祭品，日本内阁高官和国会议员前往参拜；据日本媒体4月17日报道，日本国立文书馆新近提交了一批档案资料，记录了二战期间日军强征“慰安妇”的事实，但是日本政府官员却对此视而不见，矢口否认；4月14日，日本政府冒天下之大不韪，居然公开宣称同意将希特勒的《我的奋斗》作为学校教材。
我仅仅是举了几个例子，在短短一周内就发生了这么多事件，足以证明日方在历史认知上出了问题。人们有理由担心，一个不肯正视历史又急于扩充军备的日本，今后会走上什么样的道路？会将日本的青年一代引向什么样的未来？会不会重蹈军国主义覆辙？会不会再次侵犯其他国家未来的和平与自由？我觉得在这个问题上，日本方面需要深刻反省，国际社会需要高度警惕。
