湖北荆门公开审理一起非法制枪、制贩毒品大案(图)

　　中新网荆门4月10日电  (王波)10日上午，湖北荆门市中级人民法院公开开庭审理了李某、曹某、陈某、孙某、杨某等5人非法制造、买卖枪支和贩卖、制造毒品大案，涉案枪支4支，子弹122发，枪支散件40件，毒品3万余克。

　　2015年5月，被告人李某购买制毒工具和制毒原料，在钟祥市磷矿镇自家经过多次试验成功后，开始制造毒品甲基苯丙胺片剂(麻果)销售牟利。

　　2016年8月中旬，李某找孙某、曹某购买2公斤甲基苯丙胺(冰毒)，随后转手将200克冰毒卖给陈某、杨某、王某(另案处理)。2016年6月，李某通过网络购买了枪支、配件以及弹壳、弹头、硝化棉、底火等配件，在出租屋开始制造枪支、子弹。

　　2016年8月17日，公安机关在李某家中、出租屋及其驾驶的车辆上共查获毒品疑似物30563.94克(其中片剂5166.11克、白色晶体978.36克、粉末24419.47克)，同时查获制毒工具一批及枪支4支、子弹122枚和枪支散件40件。

　　检察机关认为，被告人李某贩卖、制造含甲基苯丙胺成分的毒品约30763.94克，非法制造、买卖枪支，其行为触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百四十七条、第一百二十五条，应当以贩卖、制造毒品罪，非法制造、买卖枪支、弹药罪追究其刑事责任；被告人曹某、杨某贩卖、运输甲基苯丙胺，陈某、孙某贩卖甲基苯丙胺等行为触犯了《中华人民共和国刑法》地三百四十七条之规定，应当分别以贩卖、运输毒品罪；贩卖毒品罪追究其刑事责任。

　　庭审经过法庭调查、法庭辩论程序后，被告人均向法庭承认了自己的罪行。鉴于案情重大，审判长宣布休庭，待经合议庭评议提交审判委员会讨论决定后再行宣布判决结果。
