郑州电视台数百职工上街维权:团购房子3年未动工|电视台|房子|郑州_新闻资讯
在老百姓的心目中，记者的天职是“揭露丑恶，伸张正义”，经常帮助弱势者伸张权利。而昨天（6日）却有大量记者走上郑州街头为自己高呼维权：昨天上午，来自郑州电视台的几百位编辑、记者和其他职工，身穿印有口号的白色T恤、举起横幅，在郑州最繁华的街区表达抗议。
这些平时为别人维权的媒体人，如今走上自己的维权路的原因是——房子。2014年1月，郑州电视台与郑州啟福置业股份有限公司签订了房屋团购协议，以5000元/㎡的价格为数百名职工预购了房屋，每人预交了10万元房款，如今3年过去，房子却毫无动工迹象，如今更面临着开发商“要么退款，要么涨价”的要求，如此引发了新闻人的众怒。
开发商邀电视台职工团购房
“要求每套房预交10万元 定金共收了1亿多元”
从昨天上午开始，媒体人的朋友圈里就开始流传多张郑州电视台的职工们沿着市中心郑东新区CBD附近的大街上行进，表达抗议的照片，大家都穿着统一的白色T恤，上面印着大大的“记者也要维权”/“无良地产啟福”等黑色字体。据了解，这次抗议进行了一上午，参与者在街头展示了横幅，集体穿着T恤走了一会后便解散了。
“要不是实在没办法了，谁愿意冒着得罪单位的风险上街呢？”红星新闻记者向在郑州电视台的多位新闻同行了解情况，大家都表达了无可奈何的心情。据了解，2014年元月份，郑州一家名为“啟福置业股份有限公司”的房地产企业与郑州电视台联系，希望组织职工团购房。根据开发商与郑州电视台最初达成的团购协议，楼盘地点是郑州中原西路南、富民路东、常庄水库以北区域，价格为统一的5000元/㎡。虽然位于郑州偏西南角，但根据郑州的城市规划，郑州电视台及其它媒体都要在2019年前搬迁到中原西路一带，这个楼盘位置刚好合适，为了工作和生活方便，当时电视台职工们很多都动了心。
一位不愿意透露姓名的郑州电视台记者告诉红星新闻记者，当时接到的通知是开发商要求，要在7天内交定金10万元才能获得团购资格，很多人甚至是借钱或后来卖掉现有住房来交的，“总计交了一亿多元。” 开发商收去的这笔钱，并没有换回来一纸购房合同，电视台职工们后来认为这属于“非法集资”。
团购房三年未动工 开发商还要涨价
“参加这次团购的不止我们电视台，还有其他事业单位”
在接下来的近两年内，房子都迟迟没有动工。2015年9月，愤怒的郑州电视台职工选出职工代表和开发商第一次对话，开发商承认在原先承诺的地点没有拿到地，但可以改为新的位置——西三环和啟福大道附近的“啟福城”，这是郑州市密垌村城中村改造项目。开发商承诺会尽快施工，但是房价却涨到每平方米5500元。“后来才知道，参加这个小区团购的不止我们电视台，还有郑州其他很多事业单位。”这位记者称。
事实上，在郑州电视台职工这次上街抗议之前，网上已经多次曝光其他团购了啟福城房子的业主上街公开维权。
电视台职工们对开发商的持续追问于今年3月31日换回了最终的回答：涨价。
昨天，有媒体发布了一份开发商给郑州电视台的《答复函》，一位电视台职工向红星新闻记者确认该《答复函》真实的，上面称职工若要继续团购买房，要将价格区间涨到6500~7800元/㎡，而且还要“保留对该价格区间进行调整的权利”。此外开放商还称，如果职工想退定金可以，但只根据现行年贷款基准利率的2倍给予利息补偿，这个消息成了最终职工们上街维权的导火索。
慈善上很高调市场上很神秘 开发商是何方神圣？
“觉得公司知名度高实力雄厚，才放心地交钱参加团购”
有维权员工告诉红星新闻记者，啟福置业股份有限公司是一家郑州本地的房地产开发公司，开发过在郑州市内的多个楼盘项目，包括启福花园一二期、启福华都、启福中原、启福中华（经济适用房，部分为政府安置房）、祈福吉利花园等（资料来源于该公司百度百科）。
红星新闻记者查阅了啟福置业股份有限公司的工商注册信息，该公司注册资本共1亿元，其中一位股东卢一博占9900万元，另一位股东卢福明占100万元。根据公开资料，卢一博今年35岁，是公司董事长卢福明之子，身兼河南省政协委员、郑州市慈善总会副会长。
郑州一位跑民政口的报纸记者向红星新闻透露，啟福置业股份有限公司和其董事长卢福明在河南当地可是个“名人”，与郑州慈善总会的渊源很深，经常因做慈善事业而登上媒体头条，例如汶川地震捐赠、捐款建教学楼、奖励教师等。一名维权员工称，很多电视台的同事都是因为觉得啟福置业股份有限公司知名度高、实力雄厚，所以才放心地交钱参加团购房子的。
不过，与在慈善事业上表现得如此“高调”形成鲜明对比的是，啟福置业股份有限公司在市场上却表现得十分低调且“神秘”：通过搜索引擎既查不到公司官网，曾经开发销售过的那么多个楼盘也查不到在媒体上投放过广告。
红星新闻记者拨打了网上仅有的一个公开座机号码，截止到记者发稿时一直无人接听。打这家公司在国家工商企业登记系统里留的唯一联系电话，对方只说“我们不对外”便挂断了。
一名电视台维权职工告诉红星新闻记者，如今去开发商公司里交涉，对方称只对接电视台团购房领导小组，对记者编辑都都一律不接待了。
“台里面已经下令我们不要再自己出面，今后房子的事都由台里统一交涉，” 这位维权的职工表示。
