中国青年网北京4月4日电（记者 张瑞宇）4月4日记者接到来自阿联酋迪拜的求助信息，对方开口就说“我要饿死了”。求助者称，自己是安徽合肥的张某东，去年11月赴迪拜“硅谷”做瓦工。如今他和“安徽队”其他41名工友一起，没有事情做，老板也不发工资，已经15天没有食物供应，饥肠辘辘被困迪拜沙迦劳工营。
张某东称，去年他与肥东县费大郢建筑劳务有限公司签下合同，11月来到迪拜硅谷一个中建项目做瓦工。3月份开始，老板郭某分包的工程被终止，自己所在的“安徽队”务工者没有事情做，老板不给发工资，最近也不再给买米买菜。他们40多人只能从当地人那里买点面条和大饼充饥。如今大家的钱所剩无几，眼看就要断炊。
关于为什么没有事情干，张某东说，今年2月份一工友从施工的楼上摔下，在迪拜治疗了一个月，被安排回国，但国内大夫称因错过了最佳治疗时间，不能完全恢复。老板郭某开会告诫他们：如果再发生类似事情将不管不问，谁不同意就回国。于是，一起来务工的63人中有42人表示要回国。张某东说，老板郭某当时承诺十天之内将工资发给选择回国者。

谈及当初强烈要求回国的原因，张某东说，合同约定每天工作10小时，但频繁被强制加班；宿舍离工地35公里，晚上大巴车下班堵车要走两三个小时，经常回到宿舍已是夜里十二点，次日早上四点半又得起床；加班一夜也没吃的，到第二天早上也没吃的。
张某东告诉记者，迪拜该“安徽队”务工者中，年龄最小的27岁，最大的将近60岁，大多数为40岁左右的中年人，老家多数在安徽、河南、山东。
记者拨打张某东提供的肥东县费大郢建筑劳务有限公司负责人郭某以及中建某负责人的电话试图了解相关情况，对方均没有接听。
