新京报快讯（记者左燕燕）男子参加卖血挣钱，后升级为“血头”，在QQ群发布卖血信息，高价招募群众卖血，从中获取提成。今日（3月19日），记者了解到，两名嫌疑人因非法组织卖血被海淀警方刑事拘留，案件仍在进一步审理中。
2017年2月21日上午，海淀分局刑侦支队接到群众举报，海淀区红十字血液中心出现“血头”，以高价招揽组织群众卖血。
经侦查，民警于当日将嫌疑人阮某和张某抓获，两人对自己组织群众卖血的犯罪事实供认不讳。
阮某供述，今年2月，自己在网上兼职群看到招募人员高价“献血”，自己报名并成功“献血”后，得到了1000元的报酬。
“看这个好挣钱，就通过这个给自己钱的上家，升级为“血头”。”阮某称，自己开始在QQ群发布卖血信息、在公共场所粘贴小广告招募卖血人员，再将这些联系好的“血人”约到马甸的血液中心附近。
每有一人成功“献血”，阮某称，可以得到700元，给“血人”600元钱，扣100元当回扣。根据血型不同，有时钱会有所浮动。
“卖血人”多为外来务工人员，大多是打零工没钱了，或是未找到工作又不愿从事体力劳动的人，看到有偿卖血信息后通常会主动联系“血头”。一次得利后，“血人”往往经由上线拉拢或自愿入伙升级。
嫌疑人张某则表示，自己和阮某是朋友，两人住在一起，眼见阮某赚了钱，就于2月20日主动提出要一起干这个有偿卖血。
“阮某让我招人，每个人给他提成50元。”张某称，事发当日（2月21日），早上10时，两人一起在牡丹园地铁站接到9人“献血”，先将这些人带到城建大厦底下的餐馆等着，经过电话联系，阮某的上家“刘哥”送来了几张献血单子。
随后，阮某带人去血液中心“献血”，张某就负责“陪着”剩下的人，因个人身体因素，最后只有三人成功献血。阮某在去找“刘哥”结账拿钱时被警方抓获。
目前，阮某、张某两名犯罪嫌疑人因涉嫌非法组织卖血罪已被海淀警方刑事拘留，案件仍在进一步审理当中。
