中国江西网讯2017年3月17日上午，赣州市南康区十八塘乡樟坊村发生一起故意伤害致死案。3月18日下午记者从南康区相关部门了解到，目前嫌犯已被抓获。
据介绍，3月17日上午，在南康区十八塘乡樟坊村，该乡人大主席卓某和4名村干部再次来到村民明某某家，做拆除其“空心房”动员工作（前一天，乡村干部已深入明某某家做“空心房”拆除动员工作，他明确表示同意拆除）。10时许，明某某趁卓某接听电话时，突然用镰铲袭击，致使卓某受重伤。随后明某某潜逃。伤者迅速被送至区人民医院抢救，因伤势过重，于下午2时左右死亡。经公安机关全力追捕，3月18日11时许，犯罪嫌疑人明某某被缉拿归案。
据初步了解，案发前，现场的乡村干部没有与明某某发生冲突，更没有强拆他家的“空心房”。
根据《国土资源法》及相关规定，“空心房”是一户多宅的闲置房，“空心房”不仅影响村容村貌，还存在极大的安全隐患。
目前案件正在进一步调查中。
