　　北京晨报讯（记者 张璐）不久前，广西“官员请吃穿山甲”案件引发舆论关注。中国人大代表、北京师范大学生命科学学院生态学研究所所长张大勇昨日表示，如果继续捕杀，穿山甲将会灭绝。他建议禁止或控制穿山甲鳞片入药，现存鳞片也应销毁。

　　张大勇说，穿山甲在自然界是一种独特的生物，是唯一披着盔甲的哺乳动物。由于其特殊性，穿山甲在生物学分类中被单列为一个目，目前仅存8个种，4种在亚洲，4种在非洲。亚洲的穿山甲已经濒临灭绝。穿山甲行动缓慢，遇到威胁就会将自己团起来，用鳞片保护自己，在自然界没有天敌的穿山甲却经常遭到人类的捕杀。

　　张大勇称，目前有几十种中成药需要用到穿山甲鳞片，每年10万只穿山甲才能满足中成药所需。国家把穿山甲列为二级保护动物，按照《野生动物保护法》，穿山甲不仅不能吃，它的鳞片也不能被收购和出售。但是，穿山甲的鳞片已经作为中药材，列入国家药典，含有穿山甲鳞片的几十种常用中成药仍在合法地销售。

　　既要发展中医药，又要保护野生动物，面对这样的矛盾，张大勇建议，依靠科技进步，通过分析鳞片成分寻找替代品。经过分析，其鳞片主要成分是角蛋白，和人类指甲成分一样，猪牛羊的蹄甲可以作为替代品，一些临床试验表明，二者在催乳效果上并无显著差别。

　　张大勇还认为，政府部门在工作中要加强科学普及，提升国民科学素质。喜欢吃野生动物，追求所谓保健功能的陋习必须要改，以便保护生物多样性。
