一艘渔船在舟山外海沉没，这个消息昨天让很多关心救援的人们都将目光锁定在了这一片海域。
昨天傍晚5点35分，东海救助局一架直升机降落舟山普陀山机场，里面搭载着获救的“冀黄渔02698”船7名船员，他们走出机舱时脸色沉重，其中一名船员因左脚受伤，只能被搀扶着出来。其余13名船员仍下落不明，搜救工作仍在继续。
凌晨船员正在船舱睡觉 船长大喊：船马上就要沉了
据船员们回忆，2月24日凌晨，船长和2名船员在驾驶台值班，其他17名船员正在船舱内睡觉。突然，一阵铃声响起，船长叫他们赶快起床，说船马上就要沉了。他们来不及穿外套就匆忙奔出睡舱，其中后来被救的6人当时跳到一只橡皮救生筏上。本来船长周东红自己也可以乘救生筏一起逃走，可他为了多叫几个人出来，迟了一步，最后没能抓住救生筏，至今下落不明。
另一名叫孔文龙的船员被叫醒后连忙往驾驶台上层跑，在黑暗中随意抓了一件东西（后来才知是一个救生圈），之后坠落大海，随潮漂流后获救。
“大概只有两三个船员没来得及从船舱内逃出来，因为船沉得实在很快，我们听到铃声到沉船也就两三分钟时间，有的来不及拿救生衣，一下海就被海水呛了。”周东红的同胞兄弟周东兴说这话时一脸忧伤。

海上搜救中心立即启动应急预案 7名船员被救起
“冀黄渔02698”系河北黄骅籍钢质渔船，这艘船约40多米长，于2011年打造，为河北省黄骅市宏泰远洋渔业公司所有。当时正去外海捕鱼的路上，出事地点在舟山嵊山岛以东约130海里处。
记者从海事部门了解到，舟山市海上搜救中心于2月24日6时15分接到险情报告后，浙江省、舟山市两级海上搜救中心立即启动应急预案，组织“海巡22”、“东海救117”、“中国渔政33066”等船舶前往事发水域开展搜救，并通报海军、海警、海洋与渔业局协调附近渔船、舰船和飞机前往救助。同时，及时发布航行警告，要求过往船舶协助搜寻落水人员，海洋与渔业部门迅速群发信息协调事发地附近渔船参与救援。
事故发生后，浙江省委、省政府和交通运输部领导在第一时间发出指示，要求省、市两级海上搜救中心调动一切力量全力组织搜救。截至2月25日20时30分，搜救人员除了在失事海域一带发现几件救生衣，尚未发现其他船员下落。

记者了解到，这7名船员于2月24日早上先后被附近的渔船救上船，其中孔文龙在海上漂了六七个小时，另外6人漂了近8个小时。24日傍晚，7名船员均被安排到“东海救117”船上。昨天下午16时，东海救助局直升机抵达该船接应被救船员。经过一个多小时的飞行，载着7名船员的直升机抵达普陀山机场。
“在海上喝了很多海水，有时觉得冷了就游一会儿。”孔文龙说，毕竟才23岁，不能这样把命丢了。他是靠救助渔船上的一只带绳子的救生圈得救的。“本来力气没有了，一看有人救我力气又有了。”至于他的脚怎么受伤的，他自己也不清楚。在海里还没感觉，救上后脚就痛了。被救上来之后船员们马上给他喝姜汤、吃米饭，洗热水澡，穿上外套。
在普陀山机场入口处，记者碰到了闻讯前来接应的四五个渔民亲属，其中姓郑的男子说，他是台州玉环鸡山乡火车村人，这船上三人是他亲戚，分别是堂哥、堂姐夫、堂外甥，如今只有外甥被救上了岸。
