　　央视新闻客户端1月23日消息，今天（1月23日），云南省红河州中级人民法院借用昆明中院职能法庭，依法公开审理云南省高院执行局原局长杨照民涉嫌受贿一案，公诉机关指控杨照民在担任曲靖中院院长、省高院执行局局长期间，利用手中权力，多次收受他人现金2422万余元。法庭上，杨照民对公诉机关指控的事实和罪名表示认可，只是对部分受贿金额有意见。

　　红河州人民检察院指控，被告人杨照民在2007年至2015年期间，先后利用其担任云南省曲靖市中级人民法院院长（2000年5月至2009年12月）、云南省高级人民法院执行局局长（2009年12月至2015年2月）的职务便利，单独或者伙同他人多次非法收受何某、马某某、袁某某等人所送的人民币共计2422余万元，并为何某、马某某、袁某某等人谋取利益。

　　红河州人民检察院认为，杨照民身为国家司法机关工作人员，利用其职务上的便利，单独或者伙同他人非法收受他人所送的财物共计人民币2422余万元，数额特别巨大，并为他人谋取利益，其行为已触犯《中华人民共和国刑法》相关规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

　　庭审中，公诉机关举示了相关证据，杨照民及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，杨照民做了最后陈述，并当庭表示知罪、认罪、悔罪，愿承担应负的责任，接受法律的惩处。

　　庭审结束后，该案件将择期宣判。
