2016年中国GDP增速6.7% 生产总值744127亿元

　　新京报讯 （记者李丹丹沙璐 侯润芳）昨日上午，中国国务院新闻办公室就2016年国民经济运行情况举行发布会。记者从会上获悉，2016年中国经济增长的速度为6.7%，国内生产总值744127亿元。

　　“2016年中国经济增速是中高速增长，在世界范围内也是比较高的速度”，中国国家发展改革委员会副主任兼国家统计局局长宁吉喆表示，中国经济增长同时，还伴随着经济结构优化、发展方式的转变。

　　经济依旧运行在合理区间

　　昨日，国家统计局发布数据称，初步核算，全年国内生产总值744127亿元，按可比价格计算，比上年增长6.7%。分季度看，一、二、三季度增长均为6.7%，四季度增长6.8%。

　　中国国家发展改革委员会副主任兼国家统计局局长宁吉喆表示，2016年中国经济增长速度为6.7%，处于合理运行区间，是中高速增长，在世界范围内也是比较高的速度，同时还伴随着经济结构优化、发展方式转变。

　　他认为，“经济运行处在合理区间”与“经济增长的质量和效益提高”是过去一年新常态特征明显的两个主要标志。从结构优化看，2016年，服务业的比重继续提高，消费贡献率占了将近2/3。从转方式来看，2016年，单位GDP能耗下降5%，清洁能源比重上升，企业效益提高。

　　房地产多项指标大幅上涨

　　去年，中国房地产市场一度“过热”，部分一线城市房价上涨速度较快。根据国家统计局公布的数据，相较2015年，中国房地产行业的多项指标在2016年出现了大幅上涨。

　　2015年，中国房地产开发投资增速为1.0%，其中住宅投资增长0.4%。而在2016年，全年中国房地产开发投资102581亿元，比上年名义增长6.9%（扣除价格因素实际增长7.5%），其中住宅投资增长6.4%。

　　再比如，2015年，中国房屋新开工面积同比下降了14.0%，其中住宅新开工面积下降了14.6%。而在2016年，房屋新开工面积166928万平方米，比上年增长8.1%，其中住宅新开工面积增长8.7%。

　　此外，2016年在中国商品房销售面积和中国商品房销售额上，相较2015年增速均大幅上涨。
