　　近日，据《华商报》报道：秦岭巨石遭疯狂盗采，基层人员向上级反映无回音。说的是在巨石产业的带动下，大量秦岭石头遭到滥采，遭遇了前所未有的破坏。而基层人员向上级反映，却无回音。

　　秦岭是中国南方和北方的重要地理分界线，经几亿年形成。秦岭还有“国家绿肺”之称，在2001年已经被国家环保总局批准为10个国家生态功能保护区试点之一。

　　可是，在巨大的利益驱动下，发生了真实版的“愚公移山”：当地因长期采石，环境严重破坏，山体支离破碎，满目疮痍，而且，违法采石仍在继续。

　　当然，“靠山吃山”，秦岭采石禁而不止，也与当地缺乏新的发展出路有关，当地群众只能在石头上打主意。所以，思考如何发展新兴产业，转移劳动力，堵疏结合，才是守住治理成果，不让非法采石活动死灰复燃的治本之策。
