　　现在很多人认为朝鲜局势将是中国以及美新政府面临的最严峻的安全问题。事实上，美国候任总统特朗普及其任命的一系列官员，尤其是候任国务卿蒂勒森都表达过这样的意见，会对中国加大施压以促使中国对朝鲜采取进一步行动。那么中国预备采取什么样的行动，以对朝鲜采取更加强势的做法。另外中国有什么样的做法可以向美国证明，中方在朝鲜问题上已经尽力了。

　　朝核问题是一个老问题。过去几年随着朝鲜核试的增加，应该说朝鲜半岛局势越来越引发各方关注。事实上，在推动朝鲜半岛无核化过程中，中国和美国两国也好，安理会成员国也好，合作是比较好的。坚持实现半岛无核化，坚持维护半岛和平稳定，坚持通过对话协商解决问题，是中国坚定不移的政策。中国在推动半岛无核化方面做出了巨大努力。一方面，我们积极推动和谈、积极推动对话，特别是我们倡导并积极推动朝核问题六方会谈。尽管这几年由于各种原因，六方会谈停滞了，但这个平台的影响力仍然在。所以我们希望哪一天，各方能够都同意重返六方会谈、重启六方对话。第二个方面，中方积极支持安理会针对朝鲜核试验所采取的有关制裁措施。在这方面中方是做出了巨大努力的，我们的努力得到了美国朋友的认可和赞赏。美国朋友知道，没有中方的支持，过去的几个制裁决议是不可能通过的。为什么中方支持？我们希望通过这些制裁措施，能够逐步推动朝鲜回归到对话协商轨道、回到六方会谈。当然制裁不是目的，制裁是手段，最终要解决朝鲜的核问题，还是要回归到对话的轨道。我们特别呼吁，希望美朝对话能够搞起来。因为朝鲜一直认为美朝关系是影响到朝核问题的一组非常重要的关系。我们中国与美国历届政府在应对朝核问题上保持了比较好的合作，我们希望与美国新政府继续这方面的合作。当然我们也希望美国新政府在半岛问题上采取更加积极的、建设性的立场。
