安徽省最大黑社会犯罪案宣判：67名被告人，最高获刑20年

　　安徽涉案人数最多的涉黑案件近日在芜湖中院大法庭一审公开宣判，法院以组织及领导黑社会性质组织罪、开设赌场罪、聚众斗殴罪、寻衅滋事罪、敲诈勒索罪、非法拘禁罪、非法持有枪支罪等罪名，分别对邢朝刚等67名被告人判处20年至拘役5个月不等的刑期及罚金等。

　　涉案“黑老大”邢朝刚37岁，是芜湖市无为县当地人，绰号“渣不子”，曾先后因寻衅滋事罪、非法伤害罪入狱，2012年5月出狱后，慢慢笼络人手，靠打成名当上无为当地赌场霸主。邢朝刚心狠手辣，不光要手下人绝对服从自己，甚至要求其他赌场也要对自己唯命是从。赌场也成为邢朝刚涉黑团伙的主要资金来源，根据中国公安部门调查，自2014年10月至2015年4月初邢朝刚被抓，其赌场的毛利润竟然高达近2000万元。邢朝刚在无为当地为所欲为，稍有不顺心就对对方殴打威胁，在无为县，人人“谈渣色变”。

　　2016年11月7日，邢朝刚等67名被告人犯罪一案一审开庭审理，据指控，自2012年6月直至案发前，该组织及其组织成员共实施组织性犯罪53起，实施违法行为9起，严重破坏了当地的经济、社会生活秩序。

　　法院审理认为，被告人邢朝刚组织、领导黑社会性质组织，采取暴力、威胁等手段，有组织地实施一系列违法犯罪活动，为非作恶，在无为县城等多地开设赌场，对影响赌场开设及利益的人员进行殴打、报复，对竞争对手形成威慑力，给当地百姓造成心理恐惧，严重破坏当地经济、社会生活秩序，应按照其组织、领导的黑社会性质组织所犯的全部罪行予以惩处。

　　法院遂依法作出一审判决：判处被告人邢朝刚犯组织、领导黑社会性质组织等罪名，决定执行有期徒刑二十年，并处没收财产35万元，处罚金35.5万元。对其他66名被告人判处有期徒刑14年至拘役等刑期及罚金。
