“警察同志！我刚刚搭乘13号线，车厢里有个男的疯魔乱舞，嘴里还一直脏话不断，也不知道在叫骂谁。”12月9日，上海地铁13号线祁连山南路站的民警在巡逻时，一名乘客跑来反映了上述情况。据乘客称回忆，当时男子在车厢内忽然行为异常上蹿下跳，一开始大家以为这人疯了，都被吓到了，后来才发现男的身边有一个同行人，拿着手机在拍视频。

根据乘客提供的线索，民警随后在某网络直播平台上发现了相关现场的视频。视频中的男子手舞足蹈，大喊大叫、口吐脏话，给周围的乘客和车厢秩序带来了极大的影响。民警根据直播视频判断，发现视频中的男子和拍摄者经常在地铁13号线沿线进行直播拍摄。

12月13日，正当轨交民警在地铁13号线金沙江路站巡逻时，这名“疯狂主播”和他的摄像师出现在民警的视线中，两人恰巧又意图进行网络直播，民警立即依法予以处置。

据上海轨交警方透露，两人事后承认，之所以在车厢里作出种种粗鲁行为，只因地铁里人流众多，便于在直播平台上吸人气，没想到“人气”没吸到，倒是气到了他人，还引来了警方的关注。

目前，两人因扰乱公共交通秩序被上海轨交警方处以行政处罚。
