　　新华社北京12月16日电（记者刘羊旸、安娜） 根据国家能源局16日对外发布的《太阳能发展“十三五”规划》，到2020年底，太阳能发电装机将达到1.1亿千瓦以上，其中，光伏发电装机达到1.05亿千瓦以上。

　　规划明确，到2020年，太阳能年利用量将达到1.4亿吨标准煤以上。“十三五”时期太阳能发展的成本目标为：光伏发电成本持续降低。到2020年，光伏发电电价水平在2015年基础上下降50%以上；太阳能热发电成本低于0.8元/千瓦时；太阳能供暖、工业供热具有市场竞争力。

　　规划指出，“十三五”期间，按照“创新驱动、产业升级、降低成本、扩大市场、完善体系”的总体思路，大力推动光伏发电多元化应用，积极推进太阳能热发电产业化发展，加速普及多元化太阳能热利用。

　　据悉，“十二五”时期，中国光伏产业体系不断完善，技术进步显著，光伏制造和应用规模均居世界前列。太阳能热发电技术研发及装备制造取得较大进展，已建成商业化试验电站，初步具备了规模化发展条件。太阳能热利用持续稳定发展，并向建筑供暖、工业供热和农业生产等领域扩展应用。（完）
