投资14.3亿元，2003年建成通车的郑少高速，是河南省内修建的第一条全线有路灯的旅游精品线路。然而，13年来，路灯却从未亮过。部分路灯已经损毁，线路被盗割。这些路灯每盏价格在6000元以上，全段道路共有2600多盏，投入资金约为1500万元。

2010年媒体就曾关注此事，相关部门回复称，不开路灯，是为了响应国家号召，减少耗电，达到节能减排的效果。而之所以安装路灯，一是遇到紧急情况的话，也可以考虑开启。另外是为了美观的需要，为了以后持续发展考虑。

12月13日，记者再次反映此问题，相关部门回应：高速公路本来没必要安装路灯；郑少高速安的路灯不是LED灯，耗电量大，开灯的费用高；而要拆除的话，也是一笔不小的费用。

而且路灯这么多年没用过，要启用，恐怕得全部换新的。据悉，郑少高速公路是郑州市自筹资金自己承担建设的第一条高速公路，也是郑州市交通基础设施建设史上投资最多的项目。 来源：河南商报
