聂树斌家属申请国家赔偿1391万余元
聂树斌案律师提供 中新网北京12月14日电 (吕春荣 马学玲)14日下午，聂树斌母亲张焕枝向河北省高级人民法院递交了聂树斌一案的刑事国家赔偿申请书，共计索赔1391万余元。当日，河北高院决定立案受理。
12月2日，中国最高人民法院第二巡回法庭在辽宁沈阳对原审被告人聂树斌故意杀人、强奸妇女再审案公开宣判，宣告撤销原审判决，改判聂树斌无罪。
据媒体此前报道，12月11日，聂树斌父亲聂学生、母亲张焕枝以及姐姐聂淑惠正式委托律师辜光伟和王殿学为其代理申请国家赔偿。

此次申请国家赔偿的请求事项包括7点，具体为：

——请求赔偿义务机关赔偿侵犯人身自由赔偿金52,336.80元；
——请求赔偿义务机关赔偿精神损害抚慰金12,000,000元；
——请求赔偿义务机关赔偿受害人聂树斌被抚养人张焕枝、聂学生生活费至死亡时止，为被抚养人张焕枝办理养老保险；
——请求赔偿义务机关赔偿请求人因受害人聂树斌当年被错误追究刑事责任而支付给被害人亲属康家的2，000元钱及其利息；
——请求赔偿义务机关赔偿请求人因申诉产生的费用及损失600,000元；
——请求原河北办案机关向请求人发送道歉信并在媒体上公开国家赔偿决定书予以道歉、恢复名誉、消除影响。
据悉，以上各项费用合计13,919,156.80元。
