　　今天上午10时30分，西安中院对聂李强案公开宣判，一审以故意杀人罪判处被告人聂李强死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。

　　2016年1月15日凌晨4时许，陕西应急救援总队特勤支队队长聂李强在西安市高新区甘家寨西区东门外等候女友期间，发现俩女孩乘坐出租车回家，见二人均为年轻女子，遂起性侵之念。聂李强从自己车内取出一把榔头，尾随二人至甘家寨东三排12号楼5单元门前时，持榔头连续猛击俩女孩头部，致二人受伤倒地。其中一女子倒地挣扎中，聂李强拽掉其裤子，对其进行猥亵。随后，聂李强在逃跑的过程中，拿走了另外一女子的提包。接到报警后，公安高新分局刑侦大队对此案展开了侦查，认定聂李强有重大作案嫌疑。

　　事发后，俩女孩被送往西安市高新医院进行抢救，俩女孩是一对姐妹，姐姐16周岁，妹妹年仅14周岁。1月25日，姐姐抢救无效死亡，妹妹一度昏迷不醒。经法医鉴定，姐姐头部遭受钝性外力作用，致重型开放性颅脑损伤死亡，妹妹损伤程度属重伤二级，伤残程度属八级。1月22日，在公安和媒体的强大震慑下，聂李强到公安机关投案。经查，2001年，聂李强因盗窃罪被西安市莲湖区法院判处有期徒刑3年。2011年1月因强奸罪被西安市莲湖区法院判处有期徒刑两年7个月，2012年6月19日减刑释放。

　　西安市检察院认为，聂李强为性侵他人，持械行凶，致一人死亡一人重伤，情节特别恶劣，后果特别严重，其行为已经触犯《刑法》第232条之规定，犯罪事实清楚，证据确实、充分，应该以故意杀人罪追究其刑事责任，且系累犯，应依法从重处罚。

　　一、被告人聂李强犯故意杀人罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身。

　　二、被告人聂李强赔偿附带民事诉讼原告人房万科、张海艳、房文娟经济损失人民币十九万九千零一十八元四角五分(限判决生效后一个月内支付)。

　　聂李强表示要上诉，受害人家属当庭未决定是否上诉，要商量之后才能决定。
