中新网深圳11月28日电（郑小红 蒋昕）深圳皇岗海关28日发布消息称，该关在福田口岸查获一名香港旅客利用背包藏匿枪支弹药入境案件，共查获气动力枪22支、铅制子弹6347发，其他配件若干。
据介绍，11月27日晚，深圳福田口岸旅检入境大厅，一位香港男子引起了皇岗海关关员的注意。这名男子背着一个黑色背包入境，步履匆匆穿过海关监管区。
关员见背包异常沉重，便将男子拦下，示意其将背包放入海关X光机检查设备上进行检查。男子向关员表示背包中所放为日常用品，无需检查。关员向男子宣传了相关法律法规。经X光机扫描后，关员发现背包内全部为疑似枪支弹药类物品。经过人工开包检查，关员共查获气动力枪22支、铅制子弹6347发，以及其他枪支配件若干。
经初步讯问，当事人表示是帮人带货入境而赚取“带工费”。

皇岗海关负责人表示，根据国家规定，武器弹药属于国家禁止进出境物品。这些武器弹药一旦流入国门，不仅会扰乱社会正常秩序，更会给民众生命安全带来巨大隐患。
据不完全统计，2016年以来，皇岗海关共查获枪支弹药类案件80余宗，共查获气动力枪支500余支、子弹35000余发。
皇岗海关提醒，中国法律严禁任何单位或个人违反法律持有、制造、买卖、运输、邮寄、储存枪支弹药，严禁制造、销售仿真枪。无论出于何种目的，走私枪支弹药都是触犯中国刑法的严重犯罪行为。
