　　据了解，事发的丰城电厂三期扩建工程的建设单位为江西赣能股份有限公司丰城三期发电厂，施工单位为河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司。

　　在项目简介上，该工程有3项施工项目，分别为2016年4月11日开工的#7冷却塔，2016年5月16日开工的#8冷却塔以及2016年4月25日开工的烟囱。有现场目击者告诉“北京时间”，发生事故的就是#7冷却塔。

　　“北京时间”随后登陆河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司的官网主页，发现其主页上的悬浮框显示“专业承接：烟囱拆除、改造工程”。而工程展示一栏中，有多个国内外施工项目的进度。其中也包括了丰城项目部的施工动态。

　　据澎湃新闻报道，施工方河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司相关负责人称，所有伤亡人员均来自该公司，该项目自2016年4月份开始施工。该负责人在采访中承认有赶工期。

　　施工单位近年发生多起安全事故

　　通过工商信息查询发现，河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司注册于2003年10月29日，企业法人张云平。注册资本1亿元人民币。其经营范围包括烟塔工程、冷却塔材料销售等。

　　另据了解，2010年8月10日，邯郸日报以《高空书写华彩人生》为题，采访了时任河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司副总经理张运光。报道中称，截至当年，该公司先后承建了河北、河南、山东、山西、陕西等20多个省、自治区、直辖市及土耳其、马来西亚等国家的80多个电厂的190多座大型冷却干塔，40多座烟囱，60多座冷柱子及10多座循环水泵房，循环水沟道项目。其中，该公司承建的河北国华定州电厂8500平米冷却塔、河南沁北电厂8500平米冷却塔工程获得“鲁班奖”。

　　不过，“北京时间”发现，河北亿能烟塔工程公司“光鲜”背后，其承建的项目近年曾发生多起工人死伤的安全事故。

　　据中国电建集团官网介绍，2012年6月8日，中国能源建设集团所属湖南火电建设公司分包单位河北亿能烟塔工程公司在云南威信县煤电一体化项目冷却塔施工中，脚手架坍塌，造成7人坠落死亡。

　　据齐鲁晚报报道，2011年5月23日，山东茌平县一在建电厂突发事故，据有关部门通报，茌平郝集电厂建设工地工程由河北亿能烟塔工程有限公司承建，当天上午9点半发生钢内筒气囊漏气事故，造成5名施工人员受伤。1名工人因伤势过重抢救无效死亡。
