Shared bicycles wind to Japan, Softbank (SoftBank) recently announced that will create shared bike network platform "Hello Cycling".

And SOFTBANK jointly launched the platform OpenStreetMap--to let everyone edit online maps of collaborative planning, they plan and local service providers throughout Japan provide bicycle rental shared services.

Service providers can on the bike also has GPS and communication functions of intelligent lock, a special panel, to make your bike into the Hello Cycling system. Use of the bike you can visit their website to view. Leasing costs can be set flexibly according to feedback in real time, of any brand or type of bike can be installed on the system.

Users simply register an account, login to view nearby "station" (stop), online booking a bike, then pay with your mobile phone or computer. Bikes don't need to return leased the site, return to any site can be.

Lease if you think the Internet is too much trouble, using a system approved transportation card can rent, such as Suica card, bike smart lock Panel on "tick" in Taiwan, without prior appointment, can also borrow bicycles.

At present Japan there are more than 70 million bikes, but they are generally only used for recreational effects. SOFTBANK will integrate these idle resources, solve the last mile problem.

Bike-sharing services in the past, each bike retro positioning as well as intelligent systems and other equipment, the initial investment of more than 100,000 yen (about RMB 6203), but if the services were provided through SOFTBANK's system, each bike's initial investment is less than 10,000 yen (about 620 Yuan).

SOFTBANK also plans to continue to expand the shared platform services in the future, not only the bike also includes products such as electric scooters, and they will expand their overseas operations.

共享自行车的大风刮到了日本，软银（SoftBank）在近日宣布，将打造共享自行车网络平台“Hello Cycling”。

和软银共同推出该平台的是OpenStreetMap——一个能让所有人编辑的网上地图协作计划，他们计划通过和当地服务供应商合作，在全日本提供自行车租赁共享服务。

服务提供商可以在自行车上附加具有GPS和通信功能的智能锁、特殊操作面板，来使自己的自行车加入Hello Cycling系统。自行车的使用情况可以前往网站查看。还能根据实时反馈灵活设置租借费用，任何品牌或类别的自行车都能加装该系统。

用户只需注册一个账户，登陆后即可查看附近的“车站”（即停车点），线上预订一辆自行车，之后通过手机或电脑进行支付即可。自行车无需返还租借的那个站点，归还到任意一个站点都可以。

如果你觉得网上租借太麻烦，那么使用系统认可的交通卡也能租车，譬如Suica交通卡，在自行车上的智能锁面板“嘀”一下，无需提前预约，也能轻松租借自行车。

目前全日本境内有超过7000万辆自行车，但它们基本上只用于休闲娱乐的作用。软银将这些闲置资源进行整合，解决了人们最后一公里的问题。

而以往的自行车共享服务，每辆自行车加装定位以及智能系统等设备的初始投资超过10万日元（约6203人民币），但如果通过软银的系统提供服务，每辆自行车的初始投资不到1万日元（约620人民币）。

软银还计划日后继续扩大该共享平台服务，不仅只有自行车，还会包括电动滑板车等产品，同时他们将扩展海外业务。
