　　2016年11月12日，在中央反腐败协调小组国际追逃追赃工作办公室的统筹协调下，经中国和新西兰两国执法部门密切合作，潜逃海外15年之久的闫永明回国投案自首。截至目前，“百名红通人员”已到案36人。

　　闫永明，男，1969年出生，吉林通化金马药业有限公司原董事长，涉嫌职务侵占犯罪，2001年11月潜逃至澳大利亚、新西兰等国。国际刑警组织红色通缉令号码A-1336/8-2005。

　　近年来，中新两国执法部门就缉捕闫永明、追缴其违法所得一直进行密切合作。在法律威慑和政策感召下，闫永明最终选择认罪，退还巨额赃款，缴纳巨额罚金并回国投案自首，对闫追逃追赃工作实现了“人赃俱获、罪罚兼备”的目标。

　　此前，闫永明窜逃澳大利亚期间，应中国执法机关请求，澳大利亚警方罚没闫永明部分违法所得并交与中方。
