　　中新网濮阳10月11日电 （记者 李贵刚）11日，河南省濮阳县人民法院公开开庭审理一宗跨省环境污染犯罪案件。该案犯罪嫌疑人达12名，涉及河南、山东两省，影响十分恶劣，对倾倒地的土壤、水资源等生态环境破坏极其严重，损失达1800余万元。

　　无危险化学品处理资质的郭某某在利益的驱使下，联系其好友王某甲、宋某某，雇佣司机高某甲、高某乙，通过王某和孟某某的联系，与山东某化工公司白某某、杜某某签订了处理废硫酸合同。自2014年11月份至案发，以每吨360元的价格从该厂拉走废硫酸，再以每吨140元的价格让同样没有处理资质的楚某某拉走，通过魏某某、王某乙的联系，倾倒在濮阳县某镇王某丙的废弃工厂内，利用4个渗坑，将废硫酸渗入地下。经查明，该团伙前后共往该废弃工厂内倾倒废硫酸600余吨。

　　经河南省分析测试研究中心检测证实该废酸PH值＜1，属于有毒物质中的危险废物。经河南生态环境损害司法鉴定中心评估，本次污染事故造成各种财产损害共计1801.52万元。

　　濮阳县法院此次公开审理的污染环境案件被告人达12名，污染波及河南山东两省，属于跨省市有组织作案，人员多、范围广，造成影响十分恶劣，给倾倒地的土壤、水资源等生态环境带来极为严重的破坏，系河南省高院环境资源庭成立以来全省审理并宣判的第一起跨省环境污染刑事案件。（完）
