伊力哈木被提名“诺贝尔人权奖” 中国外交部回应

　　中国外交部发言人耿爽10月11日在例行记者会上表示，中央民族大学原教师伊力哈木分裂国家案与人权问题无关。

　　有记者提问，中央民族大学维吾尔族教师伊力哈木2014年被以分裂国家罪判处无期徒刑，近日他被提名为“马丁·恩纳尔斯人权捍卫者奖”，该奖项被称为“诺贝尔人权奖”。中方对此有何回应？

　　耿爽表示，伊力哈木曾经是中国一名大学讲师，他在课堂上公开将制造暴恐案件的恐怖极端分子称为“英雄”，他还利用教师身份拉拢、诱惑一些人形成团伙出境参加“东突”分裂势力活动。

　　耿爽指出，伊力哈木犯罪事实清楚，证据确凿，被中国司法机关判处分裂国家罪。伊力哈木案与人权毫无关系。

　　马丁·恩纳尔斯人权捍卫者奖（Martin Ennals Award for Human Rights Defenders）创立于1993年，以已故英国人权活动家马丁·恩纳尔斯（Martin Ennals）命名，该奖旨在表彰“面对巨大个人风险仍致力于人权事业的维权人士”，素有“诺贝尔人权奖”之称，其评委包括国际特赦组织、人权观察等十大国际人权组织。

　　伊力哈木·土赫提1969年10月25日生于新疆阿图什，维吾尔族，本科毕业于东北师大，研究生就读于中央民族大学经济学院，之后为中央民族大学讲师。

　　伊力哈木·土赫提于2006年创办“维吾尔在线”网站，该网站在2009年“7·5”事件前后十分活跃，因“大肆进行煽动宣传，传播谣言”曾多次被关闭，他也曾在“7·5”事件期间被拘留。

　　长期以来，伊力哈木·土赫提以“维吾尔在线”网站为平台，利用其大学教师身份，通过授课活动传播民族分裂思想，蛊惑、拉拢、胁迫部分少数民族学生加入该网站，形成了以伊力哈木·土赫提为首要分子的分裂国家犯罪集团。该犯罪集团在伊力哈木·土赫提的领导下，以分裂国家为目的，组织、策划、实施了一系列分裂国家的犯罪活动。

　　2014年1月15日，伊力哈木·土赫提被警方逮捕，美国、欧盟均表示“深切关注”，一些西方媒体更抛出所谓的“案件经过”。

　　2014年9月23日，乌鲁木齐市中级人民法院宣判伊力哈木·土赫提分裂国家一案，被告人伊力哈木·土赫提被判处无期徒刑并没收全部财产。
