媒体报导，国民党党内人士透露，近日将有笔1亿元现金进帐，积欠党工的9月薪资，确定与10月薪资一起发放。
行管会10日受访时证实有这笔钱，主要是目前国民党中央仍向张荣发基金会、前中央党部办公室租用空间的押金，希望退租后能拿回这笔钱，但还需要点收、空间恢复等，目前时间不确定，“能不能拿回来不知道”。
被问及1亿元是否真有着落？洪秀柱10日下午出席公开活动时表示，有很多朋友帮忙，她不敢这么说，过几天情况会比较清楚，她拼死拼活也要让薪水有着落，否则党工还要不要过日子？
是否要卖房子筹钱？洪秀柱说，如果钱有着落就可以暂缓，否则真的都要做到毁家纾难，她不希望很多家庭到这样的地步。
