Dai Jiapeng said Foxconn's annual production of 10,000 machines at present people. Foxconn may continue to use robots to replace workers only in Kunshan, Foxconn shed 60,000 employees.

戴嘉鹏称，目前富士康每年生产1万台机器人。富士康可能继续利用机器人取代员工，仅在昆山，富士康就裁减了6万名员工。

直到最近前不久，中国企业雇佣员工的成本还低于使用机器人。但是，不断上涨的用工成本、年青人对在工厂工作不感兴趣，促使部分企业在生产自动化方面投入巨资。
