其中，谷歌决定将Google for Work、谷歌云平台（Google’s Cloud Platform）以及其他的云服务统一整合到“谷歌云”这个品牌下。而Gmail、谷歌文档（Google Docs）、谷歌表格（Google Sheets），日历Calendar，以及Google Maps for Work等其他的服务，则被规划到了G套装品牌下。谷歌云和G套装两个品牌并非并列关系，由于G套装的很多服务也寄存在云平台上，因此G套装也可以说是云平台的一部分。此外，谷歌云还包括Chromebooks笔记本以及其他的企业移动服务等。也就是说，谷歌云的品牌范围将十分广阔。
此外，谷歌还推出了一个全新的“Team Drives”（团队云）产品，主要为用户提供团队级的权限管理和分享服务，属于谷歌云的产品，相当于给团队提供了一个共享的存储云。
