IT资讯讯 9月25日消息，为了在网上获得所谓的关注度，有些人不惜编造各种谣言吸引眼球，近日珠海一名网友就因在微博自称是ISIS成员而被拘。

9月12日，珠海市公安网络监管部门在进行网上巡查时，发现一条自称是ISIS的用户评论相关信息。经排查，民警迅速锁定该名自称lSlS的男子，暂住珠海高新区某处，高新警方立即出动并将该发帖人依法传唤回唐家派出所接受调查。

经民警调查得知，该名男子钟某（25岁，湛江人），三年前毕业后就一直在珠海工作，期间并无任何违法犯罪行为，也没有出境记录。今年9月份，其在评论相关网贴时自称其是ISIS成员，该贴迅速被500多名网友阅读。

经核实，钟某并非所谓的恐怖主义组织人员，其发帖的初衷仅仅是想提升其微博的关注度，钟某对其在互联网上散播谣言、虚构事实扰乱公共秩序的违法犯罪事实供认不讳，其虚构事实散布谣言的行为已经违反了《治安管理处罚法》相关条文。

目前，警方已对其依法作出治安拘留5日处罚。
