新疆发现超大铅锌矿储量近1900万吨 系全国最大

　　铅锌矿。

　　经过地质工作者6年的勘查评价，新疆地矿局25日宣布，在新疆和田地区和田县境内火烧云一带，发现一处资源储量近1900万吨的世界级超大型铅锌矿，这也是目前中国资源储量最大铅锌矿。

　　据介绍，火烧云铅锌矿最初由新疆地矿局第八地质大队于2011年在和田县境内喀喇昆仑山腹地发现。矿区位于海拔5500米以上的高原无人区，面积达6.6平方公里。矿体具有厚度大、埋藏浅、品位高等特点，铅锌矿资源储量1894.96万吨，其中，可用于工业开采的储量达1887.37万吨，占总储量的99.6%。

　　铅锌广泛应用于电器、机械、军事、冶金、化学、轻工和医药等领域，铅在核工业、石油工业等方面也有较多用途。中国已在27个省份发现铅锌资源，目前主要集中在云南、甘肃、内蒙古等6个省份，新疆并不在其中。
