9月22日消息，日前，滴滴公布了2016《移动出行与司机就业报告》。报告显示，今天滴滴平台已经有超过1500万司机，覆盖了专快车、出租车、顺风车、代驾等多条业务线。在这些司机中，拥有家庭和孩子的70、80后男性成为主力军，另有超过186万女性群体工作在滴滴平台上。

以专快车为例，“80后”成为司机主力军，占比达到46%，“70后”占比达到32%，在滴滴平台上获得经济收入成为很多年轻人的选择。利用闲暇时间“顺路接单、闲时接单”，赚外快补贴家用成为司机就业的最主要目的，超过3成司机因此加入了网约车行业。此外，有超过2成的司机认为“专职做司机更轻松”，9%的司机认为在滴滴平台上接单能够“多认识朋友”，出于移动出行的社交属性加入了这个行业。

滴滴政策研究院院长张贝表示，移动出行的新经济模式发挥了就业蓄水池和社会稳定器的作用，展现出“进入门槛低”、“灵活性高”和“收入有保障”三个就业特征。
