期间，刘强东在晶弘冰箱展区亲自体验了该产品的“黑科技”：零下5℃不结冰的水。在工作人员的提示下，刘强东摇了摇手中的矿泉水，结果瞬间结冰。面对这一技术，刘强东也非常吃惊，不禁询问“这是怎么回事”？

据了解，刘强东体验到的是晶弘冰箱的瞬冷冻功能。现场工作人员解释称这是晶弘冰箱通过制冷和控制技术在冰箱的瞬冷冻室再现了过冷却状态，并且通过控制技术加深过冷却温度并且延长了过冷却时间，实现水在-5℃状态下不结冰。
