Environmental monitoring Corps recently in Kunming, Yunnan province, Yunnan province, 12 waste incineration power generation enterprises to focus on education, Yunnan province, informed the special environmental protection law enforcement inspection work in waste incineration power generation industry, requires companies to enhance the awareness of environmental responsibility, positive improvement of environmental issues and security risks.

Since August of this year, Yunnan provincial environmental monitoring Corps sent 3 inspection in Yunnan province-wide focus on 1-month special environmental protection law enforcement inspection of waste incineration power generation industry. Check objects including all garbage incineration power plant project under construction (not including medical waste incineration and the cement kiln co-processing projects) and has been completed and put into operation of waste incineration power generation enterprises, involving a total of waste incineration power generation enterprises 13 (including 1 burning not only power generation).

Noted, special 7 enterprises environmental violations discovered in inspection of law enforcement, businesses are to varying degrees there are environmental issues and security risks. The Education Conference, Yunnan Provincial Environmental Protection Office has two environmental crackdown the illegal enterprises, fined 900,000 yuan and 600,000 yuan fines respectively, ordered rectification. 5 other companies suspected of environmental law, education will start a penalty procedure.

Yunnan environmental monitoring Corps officials say, crack down on environmental violations will never weaken, will discuss special projects of waste incineration power generation industry in Yunnan province after the law enforcement examination Inspector, not limited in time enterprises to stop production of the corrective action required to complete renovation, on suspicion of environmental criminal offences, timely transfer of the public security organs according to law.

　　云南省环境监察总队日前在昆明对云南省12家垃圾焚烧发电企业进行集中教育，通报云南省垃圾焚烧发电行业环保专项执法检查工作情况，要求企业增强环保主体责任意识，积极整改存在的环境问题和环境安全隐患。

　　今年8月以来，云南省环境监察总队派出3个检查组，在云南省范围内集中开展了为期1个月的垃圾焚烧发电行业环保专项执法检查。检查对象包括所有在建垃圾焚烧发电项目（不包括医疗垃圾焚烧及水泥窑协同处置项目）和已建成投产的垃圾焚烧发电企业，共涉及垃圾焚烧发电企业13家（其中1家只焚烧不发电）。

　　通报指出，专项执法检查共发现7家企业存在环境违法行为，各企业均不同程度存在环境问题和环境安全隐患。此次教育会议前，云南省环保厅已对两家环境违法企业进行了严厉查处，分别处以90万元和60万元的罚款，责令限期整改。对其他5家涉嫌环境违法的企业，将在教育会后启动处罚程 序。

　　云南省环境监察总队相关负责人表示，严厉打击环境违法行为绝不手软，将适时在云南省开展垃圾焚烧发电行业环保专项执法检查后督察，对不能按时限要求完成整改的企业实行停产整治，对涉嫌环境刑事犯罪的，及时移交公安机关依法处理。
