向先生诉称：电影《九层妖塔》上映后，我发现该片中显示有我创作的书法字体，但我并未授权任何单位和个人使用“向佳红书法字体”，更未允许任何单位和个人将“字体”用于商业营利和传播。

向先生指出，《九层妖塔》共有“鬼”“族”“史”“华”“夏”“日”“报”七个字采用了其创作的字体。《鬼族史》与《华夏日报》在影片的多个镜头有所呈现，并在该片先行版预告片及终极预告片的画面中均连续出现多次，向先生认为，《鬼族史》与《华夏日报》在影片中占有主导分量，是剧情的重要组成部分，对故事的连结起到一定的突出作用，是揭开神秘故事情节的关键。其在此套字体的属性中明确注明，该字体仅限于学习与交流使用，对个人用户免费，但商业用途须需经其本人授权，同时留有其联系方式。

但上述四公司无视著作权人的存在，未经许可就擅自使用该“字体”并用于影片内容制作，公开发行影片赚取票房和广告费，严重侵害了其的字体版权。

据悉，朝阳法院已于近日受理此案，目前案件正在进一步审理中。
