On September 14, former Vice Mayor of Taizhou city, Jiangsu Province, Yancheng City intermediate people's Court publicly c.l. Jia bribery case, found c.l. Jia bribery and sentenced to four years and six months and fined 400,000 yuan; proceeds of crime property be recovered and turned over to the State Treasury.

Identified by the trial, 2003 to 2014, c.l. Jia served as Director of the Taizhou city construction Bureau, the accused party Secretary, Xinghua Xinghua, acting Mayor and Communist Party Secretary, Deputy Mayor of Taizhou city and other duties for the relevant units or individual interests, receiving unit and personal effects amount equivalent to RMB 1,287,027 Yuan.

Yancheng City intermediate people's Court believes that c.l. Jia's behavior constituted the crime of bribery of the accused. C.l. Jia has truthfully crimes, reveal other crimes, the sentence commuted, positive tuizang plot, lesser punishment according to law, made the decision.

江苏泰州市原副市长贾春林受贿案 一审获刑4年半

　　9月14日，江苏省盐城市中级人民法院公开宣判泰州市原副市长贾春林受贿案，认定被告人贾春林犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑四年六个月，并处罚金人民币四十万元；犯罪所得财物予以追缴，上缴国库。

　　经审理查明，2003年至2014年，被告人贾春林利用其担任泰州市建设局局长、党委书记、兴化市代市长、中共兴化市委书记、泰州市副市长等职务便利，为相关单位或个人谋取利益，先后收受单位及个人财物共计折合人民币128.7027万元。

　　盐城市中级人民法院认为，被告人贾春林的行为已构成受贿罪。贾春林具有如实供述罪行、检举揭发他人犯罪、认罪悔罪、积极退赃等情节，依法从轻处罚，遂作出上述判决。
