　　华春莹在回答记者有关提问时说：“我们认为联合国安理会有必要对朝鲜核试做出进一步的反应，同时安理会的反应应该指向明确，主要针对朝核活动，应该有利于解决半岛核问题，有利于维护半岛的和平稳定。中方一直是以建设性参与安理会的讨论，接下来将继续本着这样态度、原则和精神来参与安理会下一步讨论。同时，我们认为，制裁不是最终目的，也不是唯一手段，朝鲜半岛核问题归根结底还是应该尽快回到通过对话和协商加以和平解决的轨道上来。”
