　　“7.19”事件发生以来，我们已多次表明对此起事件处理的态度，要求台湾有关方面彻查事故原因和责任，给罹难者及其家属一个交代。这起恶性事件以及岛内出现的一些伤害两岸同胞感情的言行，对大陆游客赴台旅游造成了严重影响。

　　下一步，大陆有关方面将继续敦促台方处理好理赔等后续事宜，并将全力协助家属处理相关事务。
