据Radar报道，片方开出了1.5亿美金（约合人民币10.5亿元）的片酬，希望克雷格能够再拍两部邦德电影。其透露索尼将采取背靠背套拍的形式。同时，片方也没有停止寻找007这一角色的继任者。

目前为止克雷格对是否会回归电影尚未表态。索尼也没有对这则爆料发表评论。

在此期间，关于接替克雷格饰演邦德这一角色的演员有很多传言，包括迈克尔·法斯宾德（法鲨）、伊德瑞斯·艾尔巴、汤姆·希德勒斯顿（抖森）等等。
