　　布哈利法大使表示，在当前世界经济持续低迷的形势下，希望中国为全球经济复苏发挥更大作用，期待G20杭州峰会能找到办法解决世界经济面临的问题和挑战，推动各国间的对话与协作，从而建立有利于世界人民的国际经济新秩序。他说：“我们希望中国在全球经济治理领域发挥更大作用，改善国际金融机构的运营。在当前经济形势下，阿尔及利亚希望此次杭州峰会能够达成相关决议，支持经济可持续发展政策的协调，扩大国外投资和贸易，推进发达国家和发展中国家间对话，控制世界经济形势的恶化，加强经济和金融组织，尤其是国际经济和金融组织的改革，为各国间技术转让提供便利，从而建立公正、平衡、有利于世界人民的世界经济新秩序。”

　　布哈利法同时指出，阿尔及利亚与中国传统友谊深厚，政治、经济交往密切，且同为发展中国家。阿尔及利亚期待G20杭州峰会更多考虑发展中国家诉求，实现全世界经济与社会的可持续发展。他说：“中国是世界第二大经济体，也是发展中国家的代表，阿尔及利亚期待中国在G20杭州峰会期间尽可能保护发展中国家的权利和利益，（使G20峰会）更多考虑发展中国家的诉求。我们希望这次峰会能够改善发展中国家的基础设施，保障世界人民的利益，实现经济和社会的可持续发展。”
