　　南阳市人民检察院指控，1997年至2014年，被告人肖天先后收受相关人员给予的财务共计折合人民币796万元。应当以受贿罪追究肖天的刑事责任。

　　庭审中，肖天当庭表示认罪、悔罪。法庭宣布休庭择期宣判。
