据外媒报道，戴尔公司8月30日表示，已取得中国监管机构的批准，计划于9月7日完成收购EMC Corp. (EMC)的交易。

今年初有传闻称戴尔收购EMC这项交易遇到阻碍，不过很快被戴尔否定。该交易在今年3月份获得欧盟批准，随后戴尔又在今年6月份发型了32.5亿美元的债券，为收购EMC进行融资。

按照戴尔官方声明，收购EMC的交易将在9月7日完成。
