　　今年第10号台风“狮子山”今天（31日）凌晨由强热带风暴级减弱为热带风暴级，并于凌晨4点30分前后在俄罗斯海参崴附近沿海登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒），中心最低气压975百帕。早晨5点钟其中心仍然位于俄罗斯海参崴境内，就是北纬43.1度、东经133.0度，中心附近最大风力8级（20米/秒，热带风暴级），中心最低气压975百帕。

　　预计，“狮子山”将以每小时50公里左右的速度向偏西方向移动，即将进入中国东北地区（热带低压级或热带风暴级，16~20米/秒，7~8级），然后减弱变性为温带气旋。
