IT资讯讯 8月29日消息，神州数码集团股份有限公司今日发布了2016年上半年业绩，报告显示，公司实现营业收入约117.1亿元，同比增长5485.05%；实现归属于母公司股东的净利润约2.52亿元，同比增加1005.88%；基本每股收益0.4535元。截至2016年6月30日归属于母公司股东净资产24.86亿元，较上年度末增加1229.23%。

报告期内，神州数码在消费电子分销领域实现营业收入66.18亿元，毛利率3.82%。在企业IT产品分销领域，实现营业收入49.67亿元，毛利率7.87%。

报告期内，神州数码推出定增方案，拟非公开发行募资不超过4.19亿元，并成立第一期员工持股计划，参加对象包括公司全体员工及公司全资、控股子公司中符合本次员工持股计划实施条件的员工，总人数1,466人，其中包括公司董事、监事、高级管理人员10人。
